OFF-LINE NMR DATA PROCESSING
Off-line NMR data processing solutions have been recently updated in the NMR facility. There is a PC workstation with TopSpin v3.x available for data transfer and off-line processing.
TopSpin is the current Bruker software product for acquisition and processing, geared towards Windows® and Linux® platforms. Command line style from earlier software packages was retained with addition of new features e.g. multiple-window interface and data browser. The product is backward compatible with earlier software packages, as well as enabling users to directly save spectra in different file formats including PDF format.
